H&M pants.

This past weekend, I went to my Sister from another mother's baby shower, and this was my get up for the shower. My crazy friends didn't get my look, and why I even bought the pants from the store to begin with, and why did I chose to pair it with green and this and the other. Lol, I get it, and that's why I wore it. But I love them though.

When I first bought the pants, I knew I would wear it with green. That was the first color that came to mind. I didn't want to wear it with black, because it was just to cliche to me. But here's what I wore.

The first day I bought the pants, I wore it to a friend's dinner party with a black top and my faux fur.

And my beautiful friend in her cute Ankara print get up! Love it!!

Do you guys like it better with the green top or the black ensemble?

Burgundy and Neon

This feels a bit weird, since I haven't been here in a while. Anyways life has taken over but I will try to post more. Anyways, I was in Jersey this past weekend for a baby shower, and this is what I wore.

Polka dots + Yellow

Its been a while since I did one of these. I have been enjoying my Summer and I have neglected my blog. My Apologies. Anyways, I am obsessed with Polka dots, especially the white on black print. This past labor day weekend, I had a ball! My Friends birthday was Friday, and we went to Sunda in Chicago. I over fed myself with Sushi, and had fun with my friends.

 On Sunday, we drove down to STL for a friends wedding. It was a very beautiful wedding. Small and intimate, just how I like it! The food was also phenomenal...I was so hungry, I didnt care who was looking lol. The location was on the 11th floor overlooking The Lou!

I'm back!!

Hi Readers!! I took a short break, and I am happy to say I'm back!! **throws confetti** Lol. Not sure why I took the break to begin with, but my lack of a camera played a major role in my lack of motivation to do outfit posts etc. Also this heat in Chicago is not normal. Its like an open oven. Another reason why I didn't feel inspired to blog. Anyways, I'm back a 100 grand, and I did miss blogging a bit. But I was too busy enjoying the Summer. Even though its not over yet, I can say this Summer has been one of the best I've ever had. Chicago has so much to offer in the Summer. I wish I could go in details of my every weekend in the city, but  my pictures will have to do. Anyways, I am on Instagram now!! Been on for a month now, my user name is Fabcocoberry or you can go here. Hope you guys are enjoying your summer? I can't wait for a little bit of cold. Sheesh!

Anyways, Just yesterday, I went to my local Salvation Army, and found this arm chair for $15. When I saw it, I loved it, but I didn't know what to do with it. I'm moving into my own apartment in a week or so, and I don't have any furniture yet. I immediately bought the chair and walked next door to JoAnn's fabric and bought some material to put over it. It took me 4 hours to get the job done, but I love my chair!! My colors for my apartment are Black, white and Lime Green!! I can't wait to show you guys when its done.

If you guys have any old chairs, or anything that can be revamped, try doing a little makeover. You never know how it will turn out!!
